Wave A purchases go through Google Play. Refund eligibility and processing follow Google’s policies and your local consumer laws.
How to request a refund
- Open Google Play — request a refund (or use Play → account → Order history).
- Select the 4Anox VPN order.
- Follow Google’s refund flow.
If Google directs you to the developer, email support@4anox.com with:
- Order number / Play order id
- Account email
- Short reason
What we can and cannot promise
- We cannot override every Play decision.
- We do not advertise “risk-free money-back guarantee” unless counsel and Play policies explicitly allow a stated program.
- Chargebacks and fraud reviews follow store and payment-network rules.
[LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED] Any public money-back window must be approved before marketing.
