1. Agreement

By downloading 4Anox, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Logging Policy. These Terms are published by DSource360 (Bangladesh). [Counsel: insert exact contracting entity and governing-law sentence.]

2. The service

4Anox provides a VPN client and network that tunnels supported internet traffic through our servers using WireGuard (Wave A). Features, locations, and free-tier limits may change; material limits are disclosed in the app and on 4anox.com.

3. Accounts and devices

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. We may enforce device limits. Sharing accounts in a way that abuses the service may result in suspension.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use 4Anox to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Distribute malware or attack systems
  • Infringe others’ intellectual property
  • Probe or disrupt our infrastructure
  • Bypass security controls of third parties in unlawful ways

We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or legal requests consistent with our policies.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold through Google Play (Wave A). Prices, trials, and renewals follow the store’s terms. Manage or cancel in the store subscription settings. See Cancel and Refunds.

6. Free tier

Free access may be limited by location, devices, or other disclosed limits. Limits are enforced server-side and may be updated via our control plane without a misleading “unlimited” promise.

7. No guarantees

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, compatibility with every network or app, or access to any third-party content service.

8. Limitation of liability

9. Termination

You may stop using 4Anox and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations or when required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms via the CMS. Continued use after the published date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
